Aruga was fantastic. Great location and well cared for property.very safe to approach the street and walk around the area.the room is exactly as advertised and all pictures were accurate. The pool area was beautiful. Room was very spacious and clean and the beds and pillows were big and comfortable. Even the housekeeping went above my expectations washing our dishes and fluffing our beds daily. The staff were more than accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay pleasurable. Paul at the front desk and Ian on the door were particularly lovely and greeted us with big smiles as all staff did. Special mention to Paul who located my daughters phone she left in a grab car and made it his personal mission to have this returned. This went beyond our expectations but was so appreciated. Thankyou Paul. Staff took us on a little tour of makati in the buggy car which my kids loved. We will absolutely return and can't wait to stay at Aruga again.

The images provided seemed slightly larger than in real life, but the room itself was still wonderful. The location of the hotel was very convenient and fitting to our needs; it had a mall you could walk to through the basement, a variety of restaurants to choose from, and a huge sense of security was evident. Breakfast was outsourced from 2 other establishments, which was a plus, you had more option to choose from every morning. Overall, this is my new HOME when visiting the Philippines, I would not want to stay anywhere else. So Aruga, Please have room for us when we return!!!

Location was great, it was close to all the restaurants and bars. It's just across the road from Powerplant mall, theres access through the hotel basement for guests which takes you straight to the mall without having to go outside which was really convenient. The hotel also has a buggy which can be used to go restaurants nearby so you don't need to walk or take other transport. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.

The hotel does not have a restaurant on site, so they give you meal coupons to use with some partnering establishments. By doing this it had given us many options to dine at making our long stay more appeasing. The rooms are considerably large compared to most hotels in the Philippines. The staff, from the front desk to the guardsmen were all friendly, respectful, and cooperative. We were treated with superb hospitality!

Very comfortable for longer stays, with nicely equipped rooms. Terrifically convenient. Just outside the crowded part of Makati and more manageable than BGC. Walking distance to lots of restaurants around Rockwell and the amenities of the elegant and well designed Power Plant mall. The bellhops and security staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
